 Indian Speciality Restaurant at Khartoum, Sudan, Africa

Details

 100 covers restaurant serving Indian cuisine in Khartoum. Complete Design
of Seating area and detailed design of kitchen with complete equipment sent
from India. Scope included all disciplines to be handled mostly by remote
control, however one site visit was undertaken to ensure accurate execution.
The restaurant has been running successfully since first week of June2005

 Kitchen Interiors for The Ambassador’s Residence at The Royal
Norwegian Embassy, New Delhi

Details

 Approximately 800 squarefeet of floor area houses the Ambassador’s
residential kitchen and includes a laundary area. The kitchen is layed out in
two sections to facilitate an efficient facility for everyday as well as larger
(occasional functions) cooking requirements. Each section is equipped with
the latest gadgetry and cooking systems to provide maximum output. The
cabinetry comprises of completely laminated (waterproof board) interior and
post formed shutters hinged on state of the art hinges. This project was
completely handled on a turnkey basis even though the kitchen was
constantly being used by the Embassy staff to prepare the daily meals for the
Ambassador’s residence.
